- In 1917, the company began to produce ring gears, Flexplates and Flywheels.
- In 1993, Wohlert Corporation founded Wohlert Mexico in Ramos Arizpe,
Coahuila, Mexico as a result of a GM Mexico requirement to manufacture locally.
